1. Our Guarantee We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not satisfied with your Elavyn purchase for any reason, we're here to make it right.
2. Eligibility We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).
Opened or partially used products are generally not eligible for return unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
3. Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no return required.
4. How to Request a Return Email us at support@tryelavyn.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions. Do not ship items back without first receiving a return authorization from us.
5. Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
6. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
7. Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, simply return the original item (subject to eligibility above) and place a new order.
8. Subscription Orders If you are on a subscription plan, you may cancel before your next billing date to avoid future charges. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund for an order already processed or shipped. Contact us promptly if you have concerns about a subscription charge.
9. Non-Returnable Items The following are not eligible for return or refund: items returned after the 30-day window, items not in original condition due to customer handling, and orders where a full refund or replacement was already issued previously for the same order.
